They refused to do this and said they had sent their best guy and he would be coming back to fix things. When he came back for the repeat service he was not very pleasant. At first he denied all of the problems I had reported until I held the cushion up and pointed out the stripes left by the extractor. Only after seeing the same marks away from the windows and under different lights did he admit they were there. He eventually got to work, but not before a lot of back and forth about the need to re-clean. When I called to complain about the technician's attitude they offered to send him a third time to work on the furniture.
